Membership

You are usually invited to join the club after you have attended an induction course of eight sessions.

We offer you a month of training to see if what we do suits you.

During this time you will have a ‘training-buddy’ to guide you on a ‘one-to-one’ basis. It‘s usually not possible to see if it is suitable for you by visiting once or being an onlooker

If we agree that we can progress together, you will be invited to join the club.

You will be actively encouraged to progress through the established BKK grading system held quarterly. The exam is based on a rigid syllabus of techniques and fitness

There are two sections of the club;

Seniors, whose age range is from 16 to 60s. The focus for Seniors is body conditioning, fighting, and martial art basic techniques and Katas (forms). Techniques are introduced in a way that the applications can be easily understood.

Juniors (HKK Dragons) the age range of members is from 6  to 16 years. The focus for Juniors is balance, co-ordination and fitness, in all to improve self-confidence.
