Hi. I’m Georgina Rita Bracken and I go KARATE! It’s lots of fun and we play lots of games! I’m RED belt! My Sensei’s name is Savio. Karate comes from Japan, just like my friend Emily. Sensei takes it very serious and has a lot of fun as well. I’m very grateful that I go to KARATE because I can use it one day. I might use it to beat up a crock out side a shop or someone stealing from a poor old lady! In KARATE there are many techniques and grades. I will tell you the belts.
Here is a picture of me and Sensei doing HISAGERY. That is a knee kick. The knee kick is a very powerful kick. It is supposed to go up to your chin and knock your jaw! Very painful!

Here is another kick called KINGERY. Kingery is a kick to the groin. Even more painful!
In Karate we do special games and exercises. Here are two.
